Andy Marx
A focus on talent development and the career growth of his teams served Andy well throughout a career with both fortune 250 corporations and Cincinnati based privately held firms.
Andy began his career with Avon Products in manufacturing, supply chain and corporate change management initiatives. During a 14 year span at Gap, Inc. Andy led teams in distribution, logistics and enterprise-wide global projects. He was recipient of the Gap, Inc. Exceed Award in 2012. Andy was also with School Outfitters in Cincinnati where he established a newly formed logistics function and a national supply chain network to support the company’s rapid growth.
Andy has a BBA in Management Studies from the Linder College of Business at UC. He is a frequent speaker at the Job Search Focus Group of Hyde Park. In 2019 he formed a local Accountability Group providing peer-to-peer Career Coaching for professionals in transition. Andy has supported Habitat for Humanity as a Site Leader. He has also served as Chair of the Delhi Township Financial Advisory Board.
His interests include golf, hiking and long distance cycling. He and his wife enjoyed completing the Ohio-to-Erie trail as one of their cycling milestones.
Andy and his wife Judy have four married daughters.
