Bill Hagerty

Bill is a partner in Johnson ReSource Group and has been with the firm since its founding in 2001. Prior to this, he enjoyed successful careers with two national public accounting firms, a leading national executive recruiting firm, and as a partner in a large Cincinnati-based accounting practice.

Bill’s practice focus is from senior-level individual contributors to senior executive searches primarily in accounting, banking / financial services, sales, and human resources. He has had considerable success with private and publicly-held clients of all sizes, as well as local and national public accounting firms and financial institutions ranging from community banks to some of the largest national bank holding companies

Bill is a 1979 graduate of St. Xavier High School and a 1983 Evans Scholar graduate of Miami University, and he maintains an active CPA license in Ohio. He has also earned the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute. He is very involved in the community, currently serving as Board Chair of St. Margaret Hall, a Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm long-term care facility, and as a 30 year Member of the Project Review Committees for the Ohio and Kentucky Certified Development Corporations of Alloy  Development Corporation. 

Bill and his wife, Beth, live in Pleasant Ridge where they raised their four children – Julia, Kyle, Paul, and Ana. They are active members of Nativity Parish and Bill is a retired veteran of 15 marathons.
