Brian Holbrook

Brian began his career with Stryker, a medical device manufacturer industry leader (NYSE: SYK). At Stryker, he held numerous senior level positions and won many sales and leadership awards over his very successful career. His responsibilities at Stryker Endoscopy included Field Sales, Regional Sales Management, Senior Regional Sales Management and National Director of Sales.

Brian was promoted to Stryker Clinical Services, now known as Stryker ProCare, as the Director of Clinical Services Recruiting. Under Brian’s leadership, ProCare grew to 500+ OnSite Specialists over a 12 year period. He was awarded the Stryker Endoscopy “Outstanding Impact Award” in recognition of “Invaluable contributions and unselfish devotion to Stryker’s success.”

Brian is a proud graduate of Miami University and is very active in the Greater Cincinnati Community. He is the volunteer President of Job Search Focus Group Hyde Park, a group for Professionals in career transition; The Miami University Alumni Association of Cincinnati; The Xavier University Mentor-Mentee Program; HCDC Toastmasters and the Greater Cincinnati Human Resources Association.

His interests include running (having completed 4 marathons and 25+ half-marathons) as well as mentoring and coaching to many while in their career searches. Brian is also a Xavier University basketball, Ohio State football and Cincinnati Reds baseball fan.

Brian lives in the Cincinnati area with his wife, Julie. They have 3 adult children, Michael, Ashley and Jennifer.
