Greg Johnson

Greg founded the Johnson ReSource Group in 2001, after successfully establishing and growing the Cincinnati market of two national executive search firms. His intent was to attract experienced recruiters and support them with the infrastructure and research tools necessary to accelerate their practice, all while paying a higher commission rate than anywhere else. Today, JRG enjoys a great reputation among its various clients for specialized recruiting.

Earlier in his career, Greg, a CPA, held various corporate financial management positions, ranging from Auditing to Controllership. He has a BS in Accounting from Austin Peay State University and an MBA from Xavier University. 

Greg’s practice concentrates on mid-level to senior executive searches primarily in Accounting, Banking / Financial Services, Human Resources. Information Technology, and Sales / Marketing. He focuses on serving both clients and candidates throughout the Greater Cincinnati market, but has affiliations that give his practice a global footprint.

Greg is very active in his community, having held such positions as President of the Park Hills Civic Association, City Councilman, President of the Board of the Covington Community Center, and Development Committee Member for the St. Charles Care Center.  He stays active coaching youth sports and serving as the Public Address Announcer at Notre Dame Academy soccer and basketball games.

Greg and his wife, Leslie, live in Park Hills, Kentucky where they successfully raised three daughters – Olivia, Hillary, and Molly.
