Karen Benne

Karen has over 20 years of talent acquisition and human resources expertise. Over the years Karen has built an incredible top talent network of highly qualified individuals across multiple industries. Every successful business requires team players with integrity, a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit. Karen’s model is to work in a partnership role, utilizing shared information and open communication with both candidates and companies, allowing her to deliver the perfect match.

Karen began her human resources career in1998 at the corporate offices of Lipson, Alport, Glass & Associates. She established the first Human Resources/Organizational Development function for this branding and design firm consisting of four U.S. and two international locations.

In 2005 Karen joined Interbrand, a leader in branding and design, as their Executive Director, Human Resources, where she oversaw talent acquisition and the human resources management and legal compliance function. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, Karen was relied upon for her executive coaching expertise and success in creating a spectacular creative company culture, leading Interbrand in becoming one of the top 10 places to work in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In 2013, Karen established KB Creative Resources, a boutique creative talent acquisition practice working closely with clients to qualify and deliver top talent across multiple disciplines including: Creative, Strategy, Account Management, Project Management, Sales, Marketing, Information & Technology, Finance, Accounting, Research & Analytics.

Karen resides in West Chester, Ohio with her husband Todd and daughter, Leah. Karen enjoys kayaking, cycling, running, hiking, camping and entertaining family and friends.
